Evaluating Local Governance Standards

During the evaluation, a six-member Regional Assessment Team reviewed San Miguel’s performance and public service delivery across ten key governance areas:

  • Comprehensive Review: The evaluation gave the local government unit (LGU) a platform to present its ongoing programs, operational systems, and community initiatives.

  • Technical Support: DILG San Miguel Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) Melecila C. Labordo provided technical guidance to help LGU department heads prepare for the assessment.
