Aboy's Restaurant - Singcang

Aboy's started in February 1992 as a small eatery near Burgos Public Market in Bacolod City, catering to nearby offices and pharmaceutical representatives with regular household recipes and grilled seafood. Within a year it expanded to keep up with lunch-hour lines and later opened for evenings. After four years it moved to a bigger location near the Goldenfield Commercial Complex, where it now seats more than 250, and it offers nationwide franchising.
