What Are Cookies And Local Storage
Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data saved in your browser that let a website remember information between visits.
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store, then reads back on later requests.
Local storage works similarly but stays only on your device and is not automatically sent with every request.
HomesPH uses both to keep the site working correctly and, only with your permission, to understand how visitors use it.
Nothing here involves device fingerprinting or techniques designed to identify you without a stored cookie or local storage value.

Necessary Cookies
These keep the site functioning and cannot be turned off, because the site cannot operate correctly without them.
Session and security cookies that keep you signed in and protect the platform from abuse.
Your saved cookie-preference choice itself, so we know what you already decided and do not ask again unnecessarily.
A selected-location preference used to show relevant listings, and other strictly functional settings.
These are never used for advertising or behavioral profiling.
Section 03
Analytics Cookies (Optional)
Off by default. Only activated after you choose Accept All or turn Analytics on in Manage Preferences.
When allowed, we record specific actions such as a search you submitted, a listing or project you viewed, a category or location you selected, a listing you saved, or an inquiry you started or sent.
We do not store your IP address, device fingerprint, or precise location for these events, and we never treat the absence of a choice as consent.
Search terms are checked for anything that looks like an email address, phone number, or account number before being shown to staff; matching terms are counted but never displayed.
This data is shown to Admin and Super Admin only as aggregated totals and top lists (for example, "most viewed listings this week") — not as an individual visitor’s browsing history.

Personalization Cookies (Optional)
Off by default. Remembers preferences like your selected location to tailor what you see on return visits.
Used only to reduce repetitive choices, such as remembering a city or region you previously browsed.
Never combined with analytics data to build an advertising profile.
Section 05
Retention And Who Receives This Data
Analytics data is kept only as long as needed and is accessible only to authorized HomesPH staff.
Raw analytics events are retained for a limited period and can be deleted earlier by an administrator at any time.
Only Admin and Super Admin accounts can view the aggregated Guest Analytics dashboard; no data is sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
The data is stored on HomesPH’s own database infrastructure, not a third-party analytics or advertising network.
Section 06
How To Change Your Choice
You can review, change, or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time — it only takes a moment.
Click the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page to reopen your preferences.
From there you can turn Analytics or Personalization on or off, or use "Withdraw Consent" to return to necessary-only cookies.
Changes take effect immediately: turning analytics off stops future tracking right away.
