Since 1985
Eto'ng Manok Ko
In November 1985, during the lechon manok craze, Dwight and Dolores Salcedo pooled P5,000 of their savings and borrowed another P5,000 from their parents to open their own kiosk, naming it after Dolores' hometown of Baliwag, Bulacan. Over the years they added liempo and chicharon to the menu and expanded into restaurants and fast food outlets, founding Baliwag Grill and Restaurant in July 2000.
