Since 2003
Bacolod's home of comfort food and the original mini cakes
Bascon Cafe opened in 2003 on Lacson Street in Bacolod City and has grown into one of the city's best-loved neighborhood cafes, known for its artsy, hand-painted interiors and Filipino and Spanish-inspired comfort food. It is credited as the pioneer of mini cakes in Bacolod, with the chocolate-Oreo Baba Cake as a signature, alongside breakfast staples like tapa and native longganiza.
