Black Scoop Cafe was founded on a love for coffee, tea and ice cream and is fueled by a passion for quality food and drinks. It takes pride in being the country's first black soft-serve ice cream, tea and coffee lounge, and it opened its pilot branch on Maginhawa Street in Quezon City.
