Cabalen began as a cozy spot highlighting the beloved dishes of Pampanga. After its initial success, it transformed from an a la carte restaurant into a buffet, and Cabalen Group describes it as the first buffet restaurant in the Philippines, opened in 1986. It now has 44 stores nationwide.
