Original Bacolod chicken inasal since 1983

Chicken Deli was founded by Mamang Lourdes in 1983. With her cooking skills she created a special marinade that made her dishes unique, and the restaurant became known for original Bacolod inasal and traditional Filipino dishes. Today it has branches in different parts of the country.
