Dimpy's Kitchen began as a mom baking for her family; a 2000 request for butter cakes as holiday gifts turned the hobby into a business. Over two decades later the Makati home bakery is known for its chocolate cake, Frozen Brazo, banana walnut muffins, gelato and sherbet.
