Dunkin' Donuts was established by William Rosenberg in Massachusetts, USA, in 1950. Golden Donuts, Inc. opened the brand's first Philippine store at Park Square, Makati City in 1981, when donuts were still made by hand. In 2021 it opened its first drive-thru store with a bike lane at Dunkin' Visayas Avenue, Quezon City.
