The Biggest Baddest Wings in Metro Manila

Frankie's was opened in September 2012 at City Golf Plaza in Ortigas, Pasig by three high-school friends and wing fanatics — Eduardo Firmalo, Kevin Te, and Bin Tanedo — who wanted proper New York-style buffalo wings in Manila. Its double-fried wings in flavors from Classic Buffalo to Garlic Parmesan and Salted Egg turned a single hole-in-the-wall into roughly 25 branches across Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
