Frankie's is Manila's home of proper New York-style buffalo wings — double-fried and tossed in flavors from Classic Buffalo to Garlic Parmesan, Salted Egg and Korean. It also serves boneless wings, drumsticks, burgers, chicken sandwiches and classic bar sides.
Frankie's was opened in September 2012 at City Golf Plaza in Ortigas, Pasig by three high-school friends and wing fanatics — Eduardo Firmalo, Kevin Te, and Bin Tanedo — who wanted proper New York-style buffalo wings in Manila. Its double-fried wings in flavors from Classic Buffalo to Garlic Parmesan and Salted Egg turned a single hole-in-the-wall into roughly 25 branches across Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
