Gerry's Grill was founded by Gerry Apolinario, opening its first branch on Tomas Morato Avenue, Quezon City on February 14, 1997 as an after-work bar that evolved into a family restaurant known for sisig, inihaw na pusit and sizzling milkfish. The chain has grown to over 110 branches around the Philippines and about 140 worldwide, with stores in the United States, Singapore, Qatar and the UAE.
