GoodAh!!! opened in the 1980s and served traditional, hot, quick-served Filipino snacks like Goto, Arrozcaldo, Dinuguan and Pares. It first coined the "si" acronyms such as Tapsi, Tosi, Longsi and Adsi that are now found in almost every Filipino restaurant. The chain became so popular that it inspired the movie "Goodah!!!".
