The leading authentic Hong Kong Chinese restaurant in the Philippines

Hap Chan started out in 1997 as a small tea house in Manila, serving only the Filipino-Chinese favorites mami, congee and dim sum. It began franchising in 1999 through Hap Chan Trading and Management Corporation and expanded aggressively from 2010, reaching as far as General Santos and Tuguegarao. Its principal shareholder Kwok Man Wah and his team of Hong Kong cooks continue to develop its dishes.
