The neighborhood bakeshop since 1981

Julie's Bakeshop was founded by Julia 'Julie' Gandionco, who entered the bread business at age 50 after noticing strong demand for bread among factory workers in Mandaue. Her first shop opened on January 6, 1981 in Wireless, Mandaue City, Cebu. Through an aggressive neighborhood-franchising model it became the Philippines' largest bakery chain by store count, with more than 600 branches.
