Affordable baked treats

The vision for Lemon Square began in 1980 as a college thesis of Dulce Lerma. In 1985 newlyweds Errol and Dulce began offering a small selection of homemade-style baked goods to nearby communities, and word-of-mouth demand gave birth to Lemon Square. A first production building in Meycauayan, Bulacan followed in 1991 and a second plant in 2014.
