Shamrock Bakery andPasalubong Center

Since 1945

Shamrock traces its roots to a pre-war partnership between Honoria Paras and an Irish businessman, and in 1945 Paras started a bakery at the former Capitol Hotel on Sikatuna St, Cebu City. Known as the home of Cebu's finest otap, it won SunStar's Best of Cebu awards for Best Local Delicacy (2017) and Best Otap (2018, 2019), and also serves Filipino rice meals and short orders.
