By registering a restaurant on Homes.ph you confirm that you are authorised to represent the business you are listing, and that the details you publish about it — menus, prices, branches, opening hours and photographs — are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Confidentiality. In the course of operating on the platform you may receive information that is not public: aggregated demand and traffic figures, unreleased platform features, commercial terms, and diner data such as names, contact details and review history. You agree to use that information only to run your listing, to keep it confidential, and not to disclose or sell it to any third party.
Diner personal data. Where you handle diner personal data — for example a reservation, an event registration or a review response — you act as a joint controller with Homes.ph under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). You agree to collect only what you need, to keep it secure, to use it solely for serving that diner, and to delete it when it is no longer required for that purpose.
Your own data. Homes.ph processes your account and business details to operate your listing, to show your restaurant in public discovery, and to contact you about your account. Your published listing details are, by design, publicly visible. Your account email and contact details are not published.
You may withdraw this consent by closing your account, which removes your listing from public discovery. Records we are required to retain — such as this consent record itself and transaction history — are kept for as long as the law requires.
