Saido Japanese Cuisine Begins a New Chapter
BACOLOD - Saido Japanese Cuisine & Restaurant has opened its new location at G9 & G10, Hi Strip 4 along Don Carlos Hilado Avenue (Circumferential Road) in Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City. The restaurant moved to its new home after two years of serving customers at its original location. Situated across from Panasiatic Solutions and sharing the space with Nonna’s Cafe, the new location offers diners a fresh setting while continuing the restaurant’s focus on Japanese cuisine and the flavors that its customers have come to enjoy.
A Fresh Space With the Same Saido Experience
The move introduces a new dining environment without changing the restaurant’s identity. Saido continues to serve Japanese-inspired favorites, including dishes centered on noodles, sushi, and other Japanese cuisine offerings. The restaurant described the move as a fresh experience while emphasizing that the same flavors, passion, and commitment to Japanese food remain at the heart of its operations. Its new location in Villamonte also gives customers another convenient destination to enjoy Saido’s menu while exploring Bacolod’s growing food scene.
Original Location Remains Available for Special Events
While Saido has moved its regular operations to its new location, the restaurant’s original home will continue to serve a purpose. The former location will remain available for special events, private functions, celebrations, and other occasions, allowing the restaurant to maintain a connection with the space where it began. The move also comes as Saido prepares to celebrate its second anniversary and new-location opening, with a special celebration planned for its customers. As the restaurant enters this next chapter, Saido Japanese Cuisine continues to build on its two years of service while giving Bacolod diners a refreshed place to enjoy Japanese food.
