Formalizing Strategic Office Partnership
BOHOL - The Provincial Government of Bohol and the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office officially established a formal partnership through a new Memorandum of Agreement. Governor Aris Aumentado and PCSO Assistant General Manager Remeliza Jovita Gabuyo signed the five-year accord on September fourteen, twenty twenty-six. This agreement grants the agency rent-free use of two office spaces spanning one hundred fifty square meters at the Old Capitol Compound in Tagbilaran City. Securing this strategic location ensures that local residents retain continuous, convenient access to vital national charity services.
Resolving Prior Occupancy And Compliance
Pursuant to Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution Number 2026-410, the newly executed contract successfully formalizes the branch's ongoing occupancy arrangement. Additionally, the administrative agreement completely clears previous rental liabilities stemming from undocumented use of the provincial spaces. Establishing clear legal frameworks allows both local and national offices to streamline operations without administrative bottlenecks. Such collaborative compliance strengthens inter-agency trust and guarantees uninterrupted public assistance for constituents visiting the capitol complex.
Advancing Accessible Public Social Services
This cooperative venture directly supports the provincial administration's overarching Strategic Governance Roadmap focused on excellence in public service delivery. By maintaining accessible frontline welfare services within the heart of the province, officials reinforce community support systems. These collaborative efforts continue to uplift everyday living standards across the Bohol Island UNESCO Global Geopark. Through sustained partnerships, local leaders remain dedicated to expanding responsive, inclusive government programs for all residents.
