BPEMO Recognized for Protecting Marine Resources
BOHOL - The Bohol Provincial Environment Management Office (BPEMO) received a Plaque of Recognition from the Department of Agriculture–Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) Region VII for its contributions to fisheries conservation. The recognition was awarded in Cebu City on September 17, 2026, highlighting the cooperation between the two agencies in protecting Bohol’s aquatic resources. BFAR-7 commended BPEMO for its proactive collaboration and assistance in enforcement activities aimed at safeguarding marine ecosystems across the province.

The recognition highlights the importance of coordinated efforts in conserving Bohol’s marine resources.
