BUTUAN CITY — A new facility in Butuan City is set to help micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Caraga elevate their products through high-quality packaging and printing. The Father Saturnino Urios University (FSUU), in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), has launched FSUU MIRACLE, the first facility of its kind in Mindanao and the largest Shared Service Facility among all DTI grantees in the country. FSUU MIRACLE stands for Modern Implementation for Revolutionizing Advanced Cutting-edge Layout and Excellent Printing Solution.
A One-Stop Hub for Modern Packaging and Printing

Using modern digital printing technology, the facility can print on a variety of materials including paper, wood, acrylic, and tiles. It also has layout artists who assist with product design, ensuring that even small businesses can achieve professional-grade packaging and branding.
A Game-Changer for Caraga's MSMEs
The facility aims to elevate the quality of local products and make them more competitive in national and international markets. By providing affordable access to advanced printing and packaging services, FSUU MIRACLE helps MSMEs add value to their products, attract more customers, and increase their sales. The hub is open for consultation from Monday to Saturday in Barangay Libertad, Butuan City, across from the FSUU Morelos Campus. This initiative represents a significant step forward in supporting the growth and competitiveness of small businesses in the Caraga region.
