The remarkable triumph of the event was further boosted by a generous financial addition to the competition's budget, personally handed over by Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy through City Agriculturist Engr. Bernie A. Daba Jr. to the CDO Horsemen Association Inc. Led by Atty. Jedyl Jamaca, organizers and visiting riders expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the mayor, city agricultural and veterinary offices, sponsors, and dedicated volunteers working behind the scenes.
