GENERAL TRIAS - is bringing the Alagang Gentri Caravan to Barangay Navarro on August 29, 2026, offering free medical, dental, legal, and veterinary services to residents from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Covered Court in Richmond Townhomes Phase 1.
Health and Wellness Services
General Trias residents can avail themselves of various health services, including medical consultations, free eye check-ups, and anonymous screening for HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B. The City Health Office will also offer diagnostic tests, including Fasting Blood Sugar for the first 100 patients (with an 8-10 hour fasting requirement), Random Blood Sugar and Complete Blood Count for the first 100 patients (with a doctor's request), and dental extractions for patients who meet strict safety guidelines.
Legal, Civil, and Social Services
General Trias residents can also access free legal consultations and document notarization from the Public Attorney's Office, valid for simple, non-commercial documents like Affidavit of Loss, Affidavit of Solo Parent, and Affidavit of Paternity. Applicants must bring three copies of the document, a photocopy of a valid ID with three specimen signatures, and a Certificate of Indigency. Additional services include a PSA Help Desk for civil registry assistance, on-site birth registration, and free haircuts from the City Social Welfare and Development Office.
Veterinary Services
The City Veterinary Office is conducting a free animal rabies vaccination drive for pets that are at least 3 months old and completely healthy. All cats must be placed inside secure cages, and dogs must remain on a leash at all times.
