BACOOR CITY, CAVITE — In a major push toward grassroots digital transformation and modernized community governance, the City Government of Bacoor formally hosted a mass turnover ceremony of complete computer sets and printing units to various Homeowners' Associations (HOAs) across the city. The high-profile event, held on September 21, 2026, at the packed S.T.R.I.K.E. Gymnasium, marks a strategic milestone in local governance. Spearheaded by City Mayor Strike B. Revilla and seamlessly backed by the Sangguniang Panlungsod under the leadership of Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola, the distribution program aims to close the digital divide for local community leaders.

Homeowners' associations function as the immediate line of governance within Bacoor's numerous residential subdivisions and neighborhoods. The newly deployed technology is specifically designated to help HOAs optimize four core operational areas: strengthening administrative capacity by streamlining daily desk operations and officer communication; transparent record-keeping through maintaining highly accurate databases of residents, dues, and ledger expenditures to build community trust; professional document preparation for drafting official board resolutions, community circulars, and requests for local government intervention; and efficient service delivery by cutting down wait times for clearances, gate passes, and neighborhood certifications.
