CEBU — Filipinohomes convened its final preparation meeting for the National Real Estate Convention 2026 at its Cebu main office on September 22, 2026. Led by founder and CEO Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio, the session marked the start of a 27-day countdown to the network's biggest annual gathering.
Finalizing Logistics for a Milestone Event
The meeting focused on the operational details needed to deliver a seamless experience for thousands of attendees. Leadership reviewed accommodation arrangements, transportation logistics, registration workflows, and on-site coordination plans. With the venue secured and the program finalized, the team synchronized every element of the national event.
NatCon 2026 is scheduled for October 18 to 19 at Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark in Mactan, Cebu. The convention will bring together agents, team leaders, brokers, staff, and developer partners from every region of the Philippines. It has earned the nickname "Oscars of Real Estate" for its scale and prestige.
A Venue Built for Grand Gatherings
Jpark Island Resort provides a fitting backdrop for the convention. The 16.5-hectare integrated resort is the largest hotel in Mactan by room inventory, featuring 820 accommodations across guestrooms, suites, themed family rooms, and private villas. Its Triton Grand Ballroom, the largest in Mactan, accommodates up to 1,400 guests with high-speed internet and flexible partitioning.
Beyond meeting facilities, the resort boasts seven themed pools, three waterslides, a private white-sand beach, and Mactan's longest shoreline. Twelve restaurants and bars offer international buffets and specialty cuisines, ensuring delegates have ample options to unwind between sessions. The venue is well-equipped for the network's diverse membership.
Why NatCon Matters to the Network
NatCon is more than a convention; it is the culmination of a year's worth of effort. The annual gathering honors top performers, celebrates milestones, and sets the vision for the year ahead. For agents, qualifying for NatCon is a mark of distinction that opens doors to greater responsibilities.
The convention has anchored Filipinohomes' recognition culture since 2012. Past editions featured awards, incentives, car raffles, and leadership sessions, making qualification a powerful motivator for the sales force. For many, earning a seat at NatCon validates their hard work and signals the next level of their careers.

A Year of Preparation Culminates in Cebu
The September 22 meeting capped a year-long preparation process across the network. As early as June, CDO leaders aligned sales strategies and refined qualification metrics. In June, Luzon leaders received Masterclass certificates and medals. In August, Davao agents learned qualifying secrets from Boss Khrly John Josol, gaining updated scorecards and personalized coaching plans.
These regional efforts ensured every corner of the network is aligned heading into the convention. The Cebu main office meeting served as the final coordination checkpoint, synchronizing the national program with regional contingents.
Recent Momentum Across the Network
The preparation meeting follows significant milestones for Filipinohomes. On September 21, the network held a UM Secretaries Meeting at the same Cebu office to test a new accounting system for commission vouchers. A PHirst Park Homes strategic meeting and an FB Ads Training for Bacolod agents also took place.
On September 19, an exclusive open house at PHirst Park Homes Bacolod and a WeeComm product knowledge seminar with Teams VIP Platinum and VIP Believer in Cagayan de Oro were held. CEO Leuterio conducted a site visit at WeeComm's Kalea Estates in Bacolod on September 17, alongside a breakfast meeting with Elite Circle Bacolod.
Earlier in September, the network opened its 146th franchise office in Tanjay City and sent 100 top-performing agents on a 10-day incentive trip to Vietnam. These milestones reflect the network's commitment to rewarding excellence and expanding its nationwide footprint.
