Building preparations begin this year, with the target opening set for the third quarter of 2027.
Road rehabilitation receives a ₱14.69‑million allocation, specifically for the Datay‑Buangsong Road concreting project. Provincial Board Member Alfie Ouano contributed an additional ₱2 million from his office for municipal development initiatives. Governor Baricuatro also added ₱1 million directly to the festival prize pool, quadrupling the Grand Champion reward from ₱100,000 to ₱400,000, a gesture that electrified the competing contingents.
