Backed by a substantial allocation of over PHP71.5 million, the initiative bridged community welfare with educational preparation by deploying workers to 1,365 public schools across the region. Regional Director Dax B. Villaruel emphasized that the collaborative program demonstrates how targeted state intervention can effectively alleviate financial hardships while directly elevating public infrastructure standards.

Launched to support school preparations ahead of the new academic year, the TUPAD program engaged underemployed, seasonal, and informal sector workers in essential campus rehabilitation tasks. Regional tracking reports indicate that out of the total deployment, 610 schools and 5,783 workers have successfully completed their designated activities with over PHP30.3 million in wages disbursed, while operations across 755 remaining schools continue to progress smoothly.
