Additional honors included a Plaque of Recognition for reaching the Local Health Systems Maturity Level for 2025 and a Plaque of Appreciation for its efforts to strengthen Local Health Systems Implementation in Metro Manila. Together, these distinctions recognize the importance of effective health administration, community-level service delivery, and sustained improvements in the local healthcare system.
