PHILIPPINES — Homebuyers seeking premium yet accessible residences can explore DMCI Homes’ offerings at the 2nd National Housing Expo 2026, running October 19–20 at the SMX Convention Center. The event highlights the developer’s recent partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund, making dream homes more attainable through lower financing rates.
A Nationwide Push for Homeownership
Organized by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development and Pag-IBIG Fund, the expo gathers over 80 developers offering 50,000 housing units under the Expanded 4PH Program. It aims to bring affordable housing choices closer to Filipino workers and their families, addressing the growing demand for accessible homeownership across income levels.
Financing Made More Accessible
Under the partnership, qualified buyers of Pag-IBIG-accredited DMCI Homes projects may apply for housing loans up to ₱10 million. Promotional interest rates of 4.5 percent and 5.75 percent per annum are available until December 31, 2026, providing significant savings for eligible borrowers. Members may also combine incomes with up to two co-borrowers to increase their borrowing capacity.
Featured DMCI Homes Communities
Leading the lineup is Anissa Heights in Pasay City, the first accredited project under the partnership. Other DMCI communities undergoing accreditation include Allegra Garden Place, The Erin Heights, The Oriana, Verdon Parc, Alea Residences, Cypress Towers, Dansalan Gardens, East Raya Gardens, Maricielo Villas, Mayfield Park, Palm Grove, Raya Garden, Rhapsody Residences, Rosewood Pointe, and Tivoli Garden Residences.
A Milestone for Filipino Families
The partnership marks DMCI Homes as the seventh top developer to join the Expanded 4PH Program, following industry leaders like Rockwell Land, Ayala Land, SMDC, Filinvest, and Robinsons Land. The MOU signing, held at the Pag-IBIG Fund headquarters in Makati City, was witnessed by DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling and led by DMCI Homes President Alfredo Austria and Pag-IBIG CEO Marilene Acosta.
Guidance Every Step of the Way
At the expo, DMCI Homes representatives will be on hand to discuss available properties, financing options, and homeownership opportunities. Visitors can obtain loan computations, compare housing projects, and receive personalized assistance with their applications. The event forms part of National Shelter Month, reinforcing the government’s commitment to providing every Filipino family a quality and affordable home.
