A familiar part of Bonifacio Global City’s shopping and lifestyle scene is set to remain in the heart of Taguig, as Market! Market! secures a 12-year lease extension with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). The announcement comes as the mall celebrates its 22nd anniversary on September 16, 2026, with plans for fresh investments aimed at upgrading the property and its facilities.

Market! Market! to Stay in BGC Until the Next Chapter

The lease extension ensures that Market! Market! will continue operating in BGC for another 12 years. The mall is also expected to benefit from a future transportation connection through the planned BGC Station of the Metro Manila Subway, which is set to be located within the property. With these developments, Market! Market! is positioned to remain part of BGC’s evolving retail and transportation landscape.

A Mall Built Around the Market Experience

Since opening in 2004, Market! Market! has stood out for bringing different shopping experiences together under one roof. Its original concept drew inspiration from familiar Filipino marketplaces, offering products and experiences associated with destinations such as Dangwa, Greenhills, Divisoria, and traditional dampa-style markets.

This approach helped give the mall a distinct character within BGC.

A Home for Local Businesses

Over the years, Market! Market! has also provided space for local businesses to establish and grow. Businesses such as Tina Berin’s Flowershop, Rodem’s Fruits, Pelican Farms, and Edeng’s Toy Center became part of the mall's history. Japan Home Centre also opened its first store at Market! Market! before expanding nationwide, while Metro selected the property for its first Metro Manila branch.
