ILOILO — Iloilo Business Park transforms into a month-long canvas of creativity this October as the Iloilo Arts Fest 2026 opens on October 3 at the Festive Walk Iloilo Indoor Atrium. The grand launch features a live performance by Ilonggo balladeer Jed Madela.
A Month of Art and Heritage
The festival runs from October 1 to 31, celebrating the city's designation as a Center of Arts and Culture. Exhibitions, workshops, and performances will animate venues across the township, including the Iloilo Museum of Contemporary Art (ILOMOCA) and Festive Walk Parade. Organizers aim to showcase heritage, innovation, and creative perspectives.
A photo exhibit titled "BREATHE" by Dr. Malbar Ferrer opens the visual arts program at ILOMOCA. A watercolor workshop on October 3 and a wood carving workshop on October 17 offer hands-on experiences for enthusiasts. Interactive visual art installations under "Tan-aw" will be on display at Festive Walk Iloilo.

Cinema and Creative Collaborations
The Ilonggo Cinema Festival (ICFest) returns from October 14 to 18 with free screenings at Festive Walk Cinema. This second edition showcases local filmmakers and their stories, building on the success of its 2025 debut. The festival provides a prestigious platform for regional cinema.
