Two Chinese manufacturing firms have sealed registration agreements with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) to operate at the Cavite Economic Zone (CEZ) in Rosario, Cavite. Together, they bring over P60 million in equipment investments and will generate roughly 700 jobs for Filipino workers.
Investments That Strengthen Cavite's Manufacturing Base
CIXIN Precision Metal Products (Philippines) Inc. is investing approximately P40 million in new machinery and equipment within its first year of operations . The facility, scheduled to begin commercial operations in March 2026, will produce heatsink products, CNC components, and provide electroplating and surface treatment services . The company is committed to employing nearly 100 Filipino workers, mostly in direct production roles.
Philippine Newly Ever Rise Technology Corp. is making a significant impact with an equipment investment of over P20 million . The company will manufacture and assemble transformers, power supplies, batteries, robotics products, solar systems, and electric vehicle parts, reflecting the growing demand for renewable energy and advanced electronics . Scheduled to begin commercial operations in January 2026, the company commits to providing stable employment for approximately 600 local workers.
A Seal of Quality and Global Competitiveness
PEZA Deputy Director General for Operations Vivian S. Santos welcomed the investments, noting that they "reinforce the Philippines' foothold in the regional supply chain for electronics, robotics, and precision metal products while aligning with the CREATE MORE Act and the country's sustainability and industrial development goals" .
All outward-bound goods from both companies will carry the mark "Made in the Philippines – Cavite Economic Zone," which Santos described as "a proud seal that underscores the global quality of Philippine ecozone exports and affirms the country's competitiveness as a trusted hub for high-value manufacturing" . Cavite currently hosts 12 fully operational industrial estates and economic zones, with more than 760 locator companies and over 164,000 workers directly employed within its economic zones . These latest investments are expected to generate significant indirect employment through food establishments, transportation, housing, and retail businesses.
