Bo's Coffee was founded by Steve Benitez in Cebu City on June 28, 1996, born from his student-day habit of drinking coffee to stay awake while studying. What began as a single Cebu store grew into the Philippines' largest homegrown coffee chain, with roughly 90 outlets nationwide and around 30 in Metro Cebu, championing locally sourced Philippine beans and direct partnerships with Filipino coffee farmers.
