Buttery & Co is a Quezon City bakery whose breads use very little leavening and take 10-12 hours to make; its mamons are made a dozen an hour by each baker and its cheese rolls hold three kinds of cheese. Besides pastries and cakes it sells Filipino rice meals, party trays and deli items from its Katipunan, Scout Delgado and Rockwell branches.
