Casa Verde is the Cebu-born home of the famous Brian's Ribs, serving generous comfort food made for gathering since 2002. Its signature baked pork ribs in a sweet, tangy piquet glaze grew a little green-house canteen into a place people cross the city for, and it now has five branches around Metro Cebu.
