Demetrio's Pizzeria calls itself the original maker of CDO-style pizza: square slices loaded with mozzarella, with crispy charred cheese edges and a sesame-seed bottom, made for sharing. Born in Cagayan de Oro, it runs branches in Pueblo, Kauswagan and Nazareth, plus Davao, Iligan, Marawi and Claveria, and takes direct orders through its own webshop.
