Kimono Ken serves Japanese dishes under the slogan "Enticingly Japanese, for less." Its first branch opened in November 2003 at Blue Wave-Macapagal (now Met Live, Pasay), and it has since grown to eight branches across Metro Manila serving maki, sashimi, teppanyaki, donburi, ramen and party platters.
