Polymedic Plaza, Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro

Missy Bon Bon opened in December 2009 as a small kiosk in Cagayan de Oro and established its flagship store at Limketkai Center in April 2010. It is co-owned by Henrik Yu, his wife Anne Yu, and their long-time friend Cathy Genabe — the same team behind Bigby's Cafe. The breadshop is known for handmade artisanal breads with local fusion twists, custom gelato, gourmet comfort food, and freshly brewed coffee, and has won awards at Kumbira and the National Food Showdown.
