Original Biscocho Haus began in 1975 as a cottage industry of specialty food products in the Jaro, Iloilo home of the Guadarrama-Jalandoni family. It has grown into a preferred Iloilo pasalubong center known for biscocho, butterscotch, yemas and merengue, sold in its patadyong-inspired packaging.
