A tribute to our mother's cooking

Rekado opened in Davao City in 2015, founded by sisters Tisha Benedicto-Sebastian and Pauline Benedicto-Malilin as a tribute to their mother's cooking. Pauline serves as second-generation owner and executive chef. The restaurant serves the Filipino home-cooking canon sourced from local markets, from its two-storey 'house of glass' along Jacinto Extension Street, and in 2025 opened a second branch at SM City Davao.
