Sisig Hooray was started in 2005 by seasoned caterer Immanuel D. Balce, who took sisig — the classic Kapampangan pulutan — and turned it into an affordable rice meal for the mall-going masses. It began as a humble food stall at Ever Gotesco Ortigas, where exceptionally long lines quickly made it a crowd favorite. The chain has since expanded through food courts and mall stalls across Metro Manila.
