Tablea Chocolate Cafe is a Cebuano-owned cafe built around tablea - pressed tablets of roasted local cocoa beans - owned by Aya Garcia Shlachter. Its first branch opened in July 2010 at Robinsons Cybergate Mall, Cebu City, specializing in artisan chocolate drinks and desserts made from locally sourced beans, and its native sikwate was named 'Best Chocolate Drink' in the SunStar Best of Cebu awards.
