Yellow Cab Pizza Co. was founded in April 2001 by Eric Puno, Henry Lee and Albert Tan, opening its first pizzeria along Makati Avenue. The brand is Filipino-conceived but built around New York-style pizza, taking its name and black-and-yellow look from NYC taxicabs, with the New York's Finest as its signature pie. Now owned by Max's Group, it has grown to over 200 stores in the Philippines.
