TAGUM CITY, Davao del Norte — More than 50 participants discovered a new way to see the world at the Kaleidoscope Art Workshop on August 15, 2026. The event, held at Robinsons Place Tagum, blended Japanese artistry with Filipino creativity in a hands-on celebration of color and culture.
