The fitness-focused flagship event mobilized an enthusiastic, cross-generational crowd to celebrate the historical capital's cultural identity while championing inclusive civic participation.

The early morning wellness event was led by City Mayor Gemma Buendia Lubigan, Vice Mayor Bobby Montehermoso, and active members of the 12th Sangguniang Panlungsod. The collaborative grid integrated front-line medical, rescue, and safety teams to manage traffic corridors and provide rapid hydration stations, with emergency response and health jointly managed by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO), City Health Office (CHO), City Nutrition Division, and Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS); fire and safety security spearheaded by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), augmented by localized response units from Barangay Inocencio and Barangay Perez Fire Trucks; public order and tactical traffic flow orchestrated by the Public Order and Safety Office (POSO), Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), and the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG); and logistical and tech infrastructure anchored by the City Engineering Office, General Services Office (GSO), City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), the Information Technology Team, and the City Information and Communications Technology Division (CICTD).
