BACOLOD - Bacolod City demonstrated its commitment to disaster preparedness by staging a citywide Rescue March in celebration of National Disaster Resilience Month 2026. Organized by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO), the activity brought together more than 100 emergency responders, volunteer rescue organizations, and representatives from various government agencies.
