Promoting Wellness Within the Civil Society Sector
BOHOL - The 14th Civil Society Organization (CSO) Week Celebration in Bohol continues on September 22, 2026, with its second day of activities at the Bohol Cultural Center. The day features CSO Week Health & Wellness Services for officers and members of Civil Society Organizations, providing participating groups with activities focused on supporting the well-being of people who contribute to community programs and civic initiatives across the province.
Building Partnerships Across Different Sectors
Carrying the theme “Co-creating Resilience: Elevating People’s Councils through Cross-Sectoral Partnership,” the five-day celebration highlights the importance of cooperation between civil society organizations and the Provincial Government of Bohol. The gathering provides an opportunity for CSO representatives to connect, share experiences, and strengthen relationships that can support community participation and collaborative initiatives.
Strengthening Bohol’s Civil Society Network
The celebration is organized by the Bohol People’s Council (BPC) in partnership with the Provincial Government of Bohol through the Provincial CSO Desk Office and Provincial Cooperative Development Office (PCDO). By bringing organizations together through wellness activities and partnership-building events, CSO Week provides a space for Bohol’s civil society sector to strengthen its networks and continue contributing to community development across the province.
