A major highlight of RSL's expansion is the upcoming NUSTAR Grand Theater in Cebu, slated to open in 2028. With a seating capacity of approximately 1,850, the facility is poised to become the largest entertainment and cultural venue in the entire Visayas and Mindanao region.
Ramon Rivero, Robinsons Land's Chief Strategist and RSL Head, emphasized that this venue will host the grandest live entertainment in the coming months. It is expected to accommodate major performances and cultural productions, significantly strengthening Cebu's capacity to host large-scale, international-grade events.
The theater will not only serve as a premier destination for concerts and shows but also as a major economic driver for the local hospitality and tourism sectors. By attracting top-tier acts, Cebu solidifies its status as a premier lifestyle and entertainment hub in the south.

The unit is developing dedicated pickleball courts, including the upcoming Helios Pickleball Center at Bridgetowne, tapping international experts like Johns Design & Consulting for state-of-the-art planning.
RSL will also open GX Sports at Robinsons Galleria on December 7, featuring pickleball courts and an official HYROX Training Zone. These initiatives support Robinsons Land's premiumization strategy, ensuring that facilities maintain consistent quality and tailored community programming across all locations.
