The Expanded 4PH Program offers some of the most affordable financing terms available. Interest rates start as low as 3 percent per annum for low-income and minimum-wage earners. Standard housing loans up to ₱10 million carry rates between 4.5 and 5.75 percent.
These subsidies bring initial monthly amortizations down to as low as ₱2,700 to ₱3,500 depending on the property type and location. The program covers vertical developments, horizontal house-and-lot subdivisions, community housing, and rental options.
